經文分享 以弗所書 Ephesians 4 : 1 - 32 既然蒙召，行事為人就當與蒙召的恩相稱。
既然蒙召，行事為人就當與蒙召的恩相稱。
各人蒙恩，都是照基督所量給各人的恩賜。
五種職事 : 使徒，先知，傳福音的，牧師和教師，
脫去你們從前行為上的舊人
並且穿上新人；這新人是照著 神的形像造的，有真理的仁義和聖潔。
以恩慈相待，存憐憫的心，彼此饒恕，正如 神在基督裡饒恕了你們一樣。
4:1 我為主被囚的勸你們：既然蒙召，行事為人就當與蒙召的恩相稱。
I therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech you that ye walk worthy of the vocation wherewith ye are called, of the Lord: or, in the Lord
4:2 凡事謙虛、溫柔、忍耐，用愛心互相寬容，
With all lowliness and meekness, with longsuffering, forbearing one another in love;
4:3 用和平彼此聯絡，竭力保守聖靈所賜合而為一的心。
Endeavouring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.
4:4 身體只有一個，聖靈只有一個，正如你們蒙召同有一個指望。
There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling;
4:5 一主，一信，一洗，
One Lord, one faith, one baptism,
4:6 一 神，就是眾人的父，超乎眾人之上，貫乎眾人之中，也住在眾人之內。
One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.
4:7 我們各人蒙恩，都是照基督所量給各人的恩賜。
But unto every one of us is given grace according to the measure of the gift of Christ.
4:8 所以經上說：他升上高天的時候，擄掠了仇敵，將各樣的恩賜賞給人。
Wherefore he saith, When he ascended up on high, he led captivity captive, and gave gifts unto men. captivity...: or, a multitude of captives
4:9 （既說升上，豈不是先降在地下嗎？
(Now that he ascended, what is it but that he also descended first into the lower parts of the earth?
4:10 那降下的，就是遠升諸天之上要充滿萬有的。）
He that descended is the same also that ascended up far above all heavens, that he might fill all things.) fill: or, fulfil
4:11 他所賜的，有使徒，有先知，有傳福音的，有牧師和教師，
And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers;
4:12 為要成全聖徒，各盡其職，建立基督的身體，
For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ:
4:13 直等到我們眾人在真道上同歸於一，認識 神的兒子，得以長大成人，滿有基督長成的身量，
Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ: in: or, into stature: or, age
4:14 使我們不再作小孩子，中了人的詭計和欺騙的法術，被一切異教之風搖動，飄來飄去，就隨從各樣的異端；
That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive;
4:15 惟用愛心說誠實話，凡事長進，連於元首基督，
But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ: speaking...: or, being sincere
4:16 全身都靠他聯絡得合式，百節各按各職，照著各體的功用彼此相助，便叫身體漸漸增長，在愛中建立自己。
From whom the whole body fitly joined together and compacted by that which every joint supplieth, according to the effectual working in the measure of every part, maketh increase of the body unto the edifying of itself in love.
4:17 所以我說，且在主裡確實的說，你們行事不要再像外邦人存虛妄的心行事。
This I say therefore, and testify in the Lord, that ye henceforth walk not as other Gentiles walk, in the vanity of their mind,
4:18 他們心地昏昧，與 神所賜的生命隔絕了，都因自己無知，心裡剛硬；
Having the understanding darkened, being alienated from the life of God through the ignorance that is in them, because of the blindness of their heart: blindness: or, hardness
4:19 良心既然喪盡，就放縱私慾，貪行種種的污穢。
Who being past feeling have given themselves over unto lasciviousness, to work all uncleanness with greediness.
4:20 你們學了基督，卻不是這樣。
But ye have not so learned Christ;
4:21 如果你們聽過他的道，領了他的教，學了他的真理，
If so be that ye have heard him, and have been taught by him, as the truth is in Jesus:
4:22 就要脫去你們從前行為上的舊人，這舊人是因私慾的迷惑漸漸變壞的；
That ye put off concerning the former conversation the old man, which is corrupt according to the deceitful lusts;
4:23 又要將你們的心志改換一新，
And be renewed in the spirit of your mind;
4:24 並且穿上新人；這新人是照著 神的形像造的，有真理的仁義和聖潔。
And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness. true...: or, holiness of truth
4:25 所以你們要棄絕謊言，各人與鄰舍說實話，因為我們是互相為肢體。
Wherefore putting away lying, speak every man truth with his neighbour: for we are members one of another.
4:26 生氣卻不要犯罪；不可含怒到日落，
Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath:
4:27 也不可給魔鬼留地步。
Neither give place to the devil.
4:28 從前偷竊的，不要再偷；總要勞力，親手做正經事，就可有餘分給那缺少的人。
Let him that stole steal no more: but rather let him labour, working with his hands the thing which is good, that he may have to give to him that needeth. to give: or, to distribute
4:29 污穢的言語一句不可出口，只要隨事說造就人的好話，叫聽見的人得益處。
Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers. to...: or, to edify profitably
4:30 不要叫 神的聖靈擔憂；你們原是受了他的印記，等候得贖的日子來到。
And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption.
4:31 一切苦毒、惱恨、忿怒、嚷鬧、毀謗，並一切的惡毒（或作：陰毒），都當從你們中間除掉；
Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and clamour, and evil speaking, be put away from you, with all malice:
4:32 並要以恩慈相待，存憐憫的心，彼此饒恕，正如 神在基督裡饒恕了你們一樣。
And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you.

二句話就可治頸椎病
朋友們,趕緊操練起來吧!
頸椎病實在讓人煩惱，頭暈、視力模糊、脖子酸痛、耳鳴……有位長期對電腦有頸椎病的博士發明了一句話體操，這個牛氣的一句話，還真治好了他的頸椎病，趕緊跟中醫頻道南方來背誦這牛人一句話，治好頸椎病就這麼簡單。

◆你拍一，我拍一，一直拍到七十七◆
就是右手拍左肩，左手拍右肩，能伸多遠伸多遠，一直拍到七十七次。
這個動作，如果是年輕人，從後面拍更好。老人從前面拍也行。這樣做，馬上血液迴圈就好。

◆深呼吸，下蹲起，10點10分去看戲◆
深呼吸，一種叫胸式呼吸，一種叫腹式呼吸。我們平時呼吸，每一次吸入呼出空氣500毫升，一次深呼吸就有2500毫升～3000毫升。這個深呼吸，一次就有7～8次平時呼吸的量。
更重要的不僅是氧氣多了7～8倍，而且橫膈膜一下降，胃、肝、脾、腸等得到溫和按摩，改善腸胃功能，什麼膽石癌、膽結石全沒有了，還能保護內臟。
下蹲起，就是站起來再下蹲，蹲下去再站起來，要做夠5～10次，漸漸做夠15～20次。人在下蹲站起的時候，對交感神經、副交感神經是最好的鍛煉。以後你突然一下站起來就沒事了，頭暈頭疼腦袋發蒙也沒有了。
什麼是10點10分去看戲呢? 雙臂向身體兩側伸開，和地面平行，類似鐘錶9點15分時時針與分針的位置;然後雙臂同時向10點10分的位置抬起，再回落9點15分的位置。重複這個動作，連續做20～30次。腰肌、背肌、胸肌、頸部肌肉都得到鍛煉。
什麼是叫 "去看戲" 呢? 小時侯在農村,牆很矮,隔壁在演戲,你想看戲的話就得把腳踮起來,伸長脖子。保持這個姿勢幾秒鐘,之後再反復去做,這樣做以後肩部、上肘、頸部、腳部肌肉都能得到鍛煉。
聽說這位有頸椎病的博士做了一個月,基本告別電腦,打電腦做事脖子都很舒服,不愧是"牛人一句話治好頸椎病"。

Behold, ye fast for strife and debate, and to smite with the fist of wickedness: ye shall not fast as ye do this day, to make your voice to be heard on high. ye shall...: or, ye fast not as this day
58:5 這樣禁食豈是我所揀選、使人刻苦己心的日子嗎？
Is it such a fast that I have chosen? a day for a man to afflict his soul? is it to bow down his head as a bulrush, and to spread sackcloth and ashes under him ? wilt thou call this a fast, and an acceptable day to the LORD? a day...: or, to afflict his soul for a day?

58:1 你要大聲喊叫，不可止息；揚起聲來，好像吹角。
Cry aloud, spare not, lift up thy voice like a trumpet, and shew my people their transgression, and the house of Jacob their sins. aloud: Heb. with the throat
58:2 他們天天尋求我，樂意明白我的道，好像行義的國民，不離棄他們 神的典章，向我求問公義的判語，喜悅親近 神。
Yet they seek me daily, and delight to know my ways, as a nation that did righteousness, and forsook not the ordinance of their God: they ask of me the ordinances of justice; they take delight in approaching to God.
58:3 他們說：我們禁食，你為何不看見呢？我們刻苦己心，
Wherefore have we fasted, say they , and thou seest not? wherefore have we afflicted our soul, and thou takest no knowledge? Behold, in the day of your fast ye find pleasure, and exact all your labours. labours: or, things wherewith ye grieve others: Heb. griefs
58:4 你們禁食，卻互相爭競，以凶惡的拳頭打人。你們今日禁食，

Is not this the fast that I have chosen? to loose the bands of wickedness, to undo the heavy burdens, and to let the oppressed go free, and that ye break every yoke? the heavy...: Heb. the bundles of the yoke oppressed: Heb. broken
58:7 不是要把你的餅分給飢餓的人，將飄流的窮人接到你家中，
Is it not to deal thy bread to the hungry, and that thou bring the poor that are cast out to thy house? when thou seest the naked, that thou cover him; and that thou hide not thyself from thine own flesh? cast...: or, afflicted
58:8 這樣，你的光就必發現如早晨的光，你所得的醫治要速速發明。
Then shall thy light break forth as the morning, and thine health shall spring forth speedily: and thy righteousness shall go before thee; the glory of the LORD shall be thy rereward. be...: Heb. gather thee up
58:9 那時你求告，耶和華必應允；你呼求，他必說：我在這裡。
Then shalt thou call, and the LORD shall answer; thou shalt cry, and he shall say, Here I am . If thou take away from the midst of thee the yoke, the putting forth of the finger, and speaking vanity;
58:10 你心若向飢餓的人發憐憫，使困苦的人得滿足，
And if thou draw out thy soul to the hungry, and satisfy the afflicted soul; then shall thy light rise in obscurity, and thy darkness be as the noonday:
58:11 耶和華也必時常引導你，在乾旱之地使你心滿意足，骨頭強壯。
And the LORD shall guide thee continually, and satisfy thy soul in drought, and make fat thy bones: and thou shalt be like a watered garden, and like a spring of water, whose waters fail not. drought: Heb. droughts fail: Heb. lie, or, deceive
58:12 那些出於你的人必修造久已荒廢之處；你要建立拆毀累代的根基。
And they that shall be of thee shall build the old waste places: thou shalt raise up the foundations of many generations; and thou shalt be called, The repairer of the breach, The restorer of paths to dwell in.
58:13 你若在安息日掉轉（或譯：謹慎）你的腳步，
If thou turn away thy foot from the sabbath, from doing thy pleasure on my holy day; and call the sabbath a delight, the holy of the LORD, honourable; and shalt honour him, not doing thine own ways, nor finding thine own pleasure, nor speaking thine own words:
58:14 你就以耶和華為樂。耶和華要使你乘駕地的高處，
Then shalt thou delight thyself in the LORD; and I will cause thee to ride upon the high places of the earth, and feed thee with the heritage of Jacob thy father: for the mouth of the LORD hath spoken it .
