詩篇    Psalms    20 : 1 - 12

2:1 外邦為甚麼爭鬧?萬民為甚麼謀算虛妄的事?

2:2 世上的君王一齊起來,臣宰一同商議,要敵擋耶和華並他的受膏者,

2:3 說:我們要掙開他們的捆綁,脫去他們的繩索。

2:4 那坐在天上的必發笑;主必嗤笑他們。

2:5 那時,他要在怒中責備他們,在烈怒中驚嚇他們,

2:6 說:我已經立我的君在錫安site我的聖山上了。

2:7 受膏者說:我要傳聖旨。耶和華曾對我說:你是我的兒子,我今日生你。

2:8 你求我,我就將列國賜你為基業,將地極賜你為田產。

2:9 你必用鐵杖打破他們;你必將他們如同窯匠的瓦器摔碎。

2:10 現在,你們君王應當省悟!你們世上的審判官該受管教!

2:11 當存畏懼事奉耶和華,又當存戰兢而快樂。

2:12 當以嘴親子,恐怕他發怒,你們便在道中滅亡,因為他的怒氣快要發作。凡投靠他的,都是有福的。

2:1 Why do the heathen rage, and the people imagine a vain thing? rage: or, tumultuously assemble imagine: Heb. meditate

2:2 The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the LORD, and against his anointed, saying ,

2:3 Let us break their bands asunder, and cast away their cords from us.

2:4 He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh: the Lord shall have them in derision.

2:5 Then shall he speak unto them in his wrath, and vex them in his sore displeasure. vex: or, trouble

2:6 Yet have I set my king upon my holy hill of Zion. set: Heb. anointed upon...: Heb. upon Zion, the hill of my holiness

2:7 I will declare the decree: the LORD hath said unto me, Thou art my Son; this day have I begotten thee. the decree: or, for a decree

2:8 Ask of me, and I shall give thee the heathen for thine inheritance, and the uttermost parts of the earth for thy possession.

2:9 Thou shalt break them with a rod of iron; thou shalt dash them in pieces like a potter's vessel.

2:10 Be wise now therefore, O ye kings: be instructed, ye judges of the earth.

2:11 Serve the LORD with fear, and rejoice with trembling.


2:12 Kiss the Son, lest he be angry, and ye perish from the way, when his wrath is kindled but a little. Blessed are all they that put their trust in him.
