糖尿病（diabetes）是由遗传因素、免疫功能紊乱、微生物感染及其毒素、自由基毒素、精神因素等等各种致病因子作用于机体导致胰岛功能减退、胰岛素抵抗等而引发的糖、蛋白质、脂肪、水和电解质等一系列代谢紊乱综合征。临床上以高血糖为主要特点，典型病例可出现多尿、多饮、多食、消瘦等表现，即“三多一少”症状，糖尿病（血糖）一旦控制不好会引发并发症，导致肾、眼、足等部位的衰竭病变，严重者会造成尿毒症。糖尿病人应常煮紫芝水喝，来控制血糖，预防并发症。

堅持的是原則還是偏見 （網路文章）

待人處世的過程中，「堅持原則」本來是正常的，問題是，你所堅持的究竟是原則，還是自己的偏見？如果對任何事都堅持「自己的想法才是對的」，堅持要用自己的做法、只管自己，別人的建議和商量，都不願接受，其實，你所堅持的不過是個人的偏見。你以為這是堅持「原則」，也不願意為任何人改變，不替別人設身處地著想，到最後，可能於人、於事都會造成傷害。
堅持原則是指自己所堅持的，也會為其他人所接受，不僅現在的人可以接受，未來的人也可以接受，甚至過去也曾經被人接受過，這才叫做「原則」。
做人有做人的原則，做事有做事的原則。做人的原則首先要「保護自己」，可是保護自己並不表示要傷害他人，考慮自己的同時也要尊重他人；自己受益也希望對他人有幫助，秉持彼此互惠互助的立場，這種原則才是對的。
做事的原則，應該要以大多數人的利益為考量，如果所堅持的原則，是出於自私或為了少數人或貪圖一時的方便，這就是偏見，就是執著。
但許多人經常分不清到底是「擇善固執」，還是把個人的偏見當成了原則，其實只要觀察別人對這件事情的觀感，就能判斷出究竟是偏見還是原則。如果你的想法和做法，讓每個人都覺得受不了、很痛苦，每個人都覺得那是錯的、有問題的，只有你認為是對的，那很可能就是偏見。
能夠符合每一個人或是多數人共同的的想法和意願，那才是原則，原則並不是一成不變的，它會隨著時間或區域環境的不同而有所改變。唯一不變的是，一定是為眾人著想，能夠為大家所樂於接受的。
太過執著偏見的人，會帶給周遭的人很多煩惱，因為自我意識太強，自我中心太堅固，就會堅持自己的性情或想法，全身如同刺蝟般長滿利刺、「稜角」很多，動則傷人而無法圓融待人；所以有人說：「做人處事要內方而外圓」，「內方」就是原則，「外圓」就是不傷人。
雖然在心裡有一定的標準，可是當需要變通的時候，也不要執意不變，食古不化，必須要有一些靈巧機變的觀念想法。適時地轉一個彎、換個角度或是多用同理心、柔軟的語言，這樣才不會讓人覺得你很難相處，事情才容易成就的。
時時提醒自己「內方外圓」的原則，也是化除心裡過份執著的方法之一；更進一步說，如果我們能夠不以自我為中心的堅持己見，任何事情都能看得開、看得淡、放得下，而且能夠包容所有的人、所有的事，自然而然就不會有偏見，當然就沒有煩惱了。

早些年，我有個鄰居是醫生，他很喜歡在自家的大院子裡種樹，但他很少給樹苗澆水，那些樹長得很慢。
有一天，我決定去拜訪一下那個醫生，問他會不會為樹苗長不快而感到擔心。他帶著一種自豪的口氣，給我講了他的絕妙理論。
他說，如果老是給樹苗澆水，樹根就會習慣於土壤淺層的舒適環境，而且總等著輕易就能得到來自地面的水。因為他不常澆水，樹確實會長得慢一些，但這樣樹根就能向土壤的深處生長，去那裡尋找水份和養料。因此，這些樹會有很深的根，更能抵抗惡劣氣候的侵襲。他還告訴我，他每天都會拍打這些樹。

後來，我搬到了國外生活，就再也沒有見過他。又過了幾年，我從國外回來，去看了看先前住過的地方，當我走近那兒時，發現了一片從前沒有的小樹林。那是一個風大和嚴寒的日子，街上的許多樹都被風吹彎了腰，似乎根本無法與嚴冬抗爭。而當我走進醫生的院子時，我看到了他的樹非常結實；樹幹幾乎紋絲不動，堅強地抵禦著大風。看到這麼奇妙的結果，我思緒萬千......。

每晚睡覺之前，我都會去看一下我的孩子，我總是為他們祈禱，多數情況下是祈求他們的生活能輕鬆一點，少受些挫折與打擊......。我想該是改變一下我的祈求的時候了，因為我知道，孩子們日後的生活定會遇到不計其數的困難和挫折，生活中總會有疾風豪雨，不管我們情願與否。我將祈求我的孩子們能帶著深「根」成長，這樣他們就能從最最來之不易的地方，得到最好的養份。

天堂是神為人預備的地方,那裡有永遠的福樂.

"神要擦去他們一切的眼淚.不再有死亡,也不再有悲哀,哭號,疼痛. 

因為以前的事都過去了." (聖經:啟示錄21章4節) 天堂是神給人的禮物,可是為何人沒有得到這份禮物.

were is eternal Happiess.

"...and He shall wipe away every tear from their eyes;
and there shall no longer be any mourning , or crying, or pain;
the first things have passed away (Rrvelation 21:4)"
 Heaven is the present from God, yet why can't people get this present?

這些都是世人的罪行,從而產生許多憂慮和傷害,失去了永遠的福樂.

"因為最的工價乃是死,惟有神的恩賜,在我們的主耶穌基督裡乃是永生." (聖經:羅馬書6章23節)
 罪使人與神的關係破裂 人卻不能用自己的方法來擺脫罪惡... Black (represents Sin)
At heaven there is no sin,yet in everyone's heart there is hatred,
greed, selfishness, lies, anger,jealousy...these are all sins people have committed, from which arises sorrow and worries, rendering people to lose the gift eternal happiness.

"for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God." 
(Romans 3:23)

"For the woges for sin is daath, but the free gift of God is eternal
life in Christ Jesus our Lord." (Romans 6:23)

Sins can separate people from God, yet people cannot use their own ways to escape from the strangles of sins.

人雖然有罪,但因為耶穌為我們的罪,被釘在十字架上,

流出來的寶血,承擔了一切罪債,給我們新的生命.

"神愛世人,甚至將他的獨生子賜給他們,叫一切信他的不至滅亡,

Though people sin,Jesus Christ our lord dies for us

because of our sins,He was crucified and His precious blood washes away all our sins and gives us new life. 

"for god so loved the world,that He gave His only

begotten son,that whoever believes in Him should not perish,but have eternal life." (John 3:16)

當我們接受主耶穌為救主,神便洗淨我們的罪,使我們的心白如雪.

人的時候為我們死，神的愛就在此向我們顯明了。" (聖經 羅馬書 5:8)

White (Represents the saved Clean heart)

When we receive Jesus Christ as our savior,God cleans our sinful hearts and make it white as snow.

"But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us."(Romans 5:8) 

綠色 (代表新的生命)

新的生命就如綠色的植物一樣,需要陽光空氣,基督徒的生命

同樣需要成長,雖然我們也許會面對風吹雨打,但在主耶穌基督

的恩典裡,仍有生氣和享受豐盛的生命,使我們的生命也漸漸長進.

"若有人在基督裡，他就是新造的人，舊事已過，都變成新的了。"

(聖經 哥林多後書 5:17)

Green (Represents New life)

New life grow like any green plants,which need sunight and air,Christians'live need to grow as well. Though faced with God's grace and blessings. we can still lead a courageous and faithful life and continue to grow and thrive.

"Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new. he is: or, let him be" (2 Corinthians 5:17)

馬太福音  Matthew  24 : 1-14, 31-33, 42-47, 50

 

24:1耶穌出了聖殿，正走的時候，門徒進前來，把殿宇指給他看。
And Jesus went out, and departed from the temple: and his disciples came to him for to shew him the buildings of the temple.

24:2耶穌對他們說：「你們不是看見這殿宇嗎？我實在告訴你們，將來在這裡沒有一塊石頭留在石頭上，不被拆毀了。」
And Jesus said unto them, See ye not all these things? verily I say unto you, There shall not be left here one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down.

 

24:3耶穌在橄欖山上坐著，門徒暗暗地來說：「請告訴我們，甚麼時候有這些事？你降臨和世界的末了有甚麼預兆呢？」
And as he sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world?

 

24:4耶穌回答說：「你們要謹慎，免得有人迷惑你們。
And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you.

 

24:5因為將來有好些人冒我的名來，說：『我是基督』，並且要迷惑許多人。
For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.

 

24:6你們也要聽見打仗和打仗的風聲，總不要驚慌；因為這些事是必須有的，只是末期還沒有到。
And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet.

 

24:7民要攻打民，國要攻打國；多處必有饑荒、地震。
For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places.

 

24:8這都是災難（災難：原文是生產之難）的起頭。
All these are the beginning of sorrows.

 

24:9那時，人要把你們陷在患難裡，也要殺害你們；你們又要為我的名被萬民恨惡。
Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name's sake.
24:10那時，必有許多人跌倒，也要彼此陷害，彼此恨惡；
And then shall many be offended, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another.

 

24:11且有好些假先知起來，迷惑多人。
And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many.
24:12只因不法的事增多，許多人的愛心才漸漸冷淡了。
And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold.

 

24:13惟有忍耐到底的，必然得救。
But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.
24:14這天國的福音要傳遍天下，對萬民作見證，然後末期才來到。」
And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.
24:31他要差遣使者，用號筒的大聲，將他的選民，從四方（方：原文是風），從天這邊到天那邊，都招聚了來。」
And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other. with...: or, with a trumpet, and a great voice

 

24:32「你們可以從無花果樹學個比方：當樹枝發嫩長葉的時候，你們就知道夏天近了。
Now learn a parable of the fig tree; When his branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer is nigh:
24:33這樣，你們看見這一切的事，也該知道人子近了，正在門口了。
So likewise ye, when ye shall see all these things, know that it is near, even at the doors. it: or, he

 

24:42所以，你們要儆醒，因為不知道你們的主是那一天來到。
Watch therefore: for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come.
24:43家主若知道幾更天有賊來，就必儆醒，不容人挖透房屋；這是你們所知道的。
But know this, that if the goodman of the house had known in what watch the thief would come, he would have watched, and would not have suffered his house to be broken up.
24:44所以，你們也要預備，因為你們想不到的時候，人子就來了。」
Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh.

 

24:45「誰是忠心有見識的僕人，為主人所派，管理家裡的人，按時分糧給他們呢？
Who then is a faithful and wise servant, whom his lord hath made ruler over his household, to give them meat in due season?
24:46主人來到，看見他這樣行，那僕人就有福了。
Blessed is that servant, whom his lord when he cometh shall find so doing.
24:47我實在告訴你們，主人要派他管理一切所有的。
Verily I say unto you, That he shall make him ruler over all his goods.
24:50在想不到的日子，不知道的時辰，那僕人的主人要來，
The lord of that servant shall come in a day when he looketh not for him , and in an hour that he is not aware of,

37:1 （大衛的詩。）不要為作惡的心懷不平，也不要向那行不義的生出嫉妒。
A Psalm of David. Fret not thyself because of evildoers, neither be thou envious against the workers of iniquity.

 

37:2 因為他們如草快被割下，又如青菜快要枯乾。
For they shall soon be cut down like the grass, and wither as the green herb.

 

37:3 你當倚靠耶和華而行善，住在地上，以他的信實為糧；
Trust in the LORD, and do good; so shalt thou dwell in the land, and verily thou shalt be fed. verily: Heb. in truth, or, stableness

 

37:4 又要以耶和華為樂，他就將你心裡所求的賜給你。
Delight thyself also in the LORD; and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart.

 

37:5 當將你的事交託耶和華，並倚靠他，他就必成全。
Commit thy way unto the LORD; trust also in him; and he shall bring it to pass. Commit...: Heb. Roll thy way upon

 

37:6 他要使你的公義如光發出，使你的公平明如正午。
And he shall bring forth thy righteousness as the light, and thy judgment as the noonday.

 

37:7 你當默然倚靠耶和華，耐性等候他；不要因那道路通達的和那惡謀成就的心懷不平。
Rest in the LORD, and wait patiently for him: fret not thyself because of him who prospereth in his way, because of the man who bringeth wicked devices to pass. Rest in: Heb. Be silent to

 

37:8 當止住怒氣，離棄忿怒；不要心懷不平，以致作惡。
Cease from anger, and forsake wrath: fret not thyself in any wise to do evil.

 

37:9 因為作惡的必被剪除；惟有等候耶和華的必承受地土。
For evildoers shall be cut off: but those that wait upon the LORD, they shall inherit the earth.
37:11 但謙卑人必承受地土，以豐盛的平安為樂。
But the meek shall inherit the earth; and shall delight themselves in the abundance of peace.
37:16 一個義人所有的雖少，強過許多惡人的富餘。
A little that a righteous man hath is better than the riches of many wicked.

 

37:18 耶和華知道完全人的日子；他們的產業要存到永遠。
The LORD knoweth the days of the upright: and their inheritance shall be for ever.

 

37:21 惡人借貸而不償還；義人卻恩待人，並且施捨。
The wicked borroweth, and payeth not again: but the righteous sheweth mercy, and giveth.
37:22 蒙耶和華賜福的必承受地土；被他咒詛的必被剪除。
For such as be blessed of him shall inherit the earth; and they that be cursed of him shall be cut off.

37:23 義人的腳步被耶和華立定；他的道路，耶和華也喜愛。
The steps of a good man are ordered by the LORD: and he delighteth in his way. ordered: or, established

 

37:24 他雖失腳也不致全身仆倒，因為耶和華用手攙扶他（或譯：攙扶他的手）。
Though he fall, he shall not be utterly cast down: for the LORD upholdeth him with his hand.

 

37:26 他終日恩待人，借給人；他的後裔也蒙福！
He is ever merciful, and lendeth; and his seed is blessed. ever: Heb. all the day

 

37:27 你當離惡行善，就可永遠安居。
Depart from evil, and do good; and dwell for evermore.

 

37:28 因為，耶和華喜愛公平，不撇棄他的聖民；他們永蒙保佑，但惡人的後裔必被剪除。
For the LORD loveth judgment, and forsaketh not his saints; they are preserved for ever: but the seed of the wicked shall be cut off.

 

37:29 義人必承受地土，永居其上。
The righteous shall inherit the land, and dwell therein for ever.

 

37:30 義人的口談論智慧；他的舌頭講說公平。
The mouth of the righteous speaketh wisdom, and his tongue talketh of judgment.

 

37:31 神的律法在他心裡；他的腳總不滑跌。
The law of his God is in his heart; none of his steps shall slide. steps: or, goings

 

37:33 耶和華必不撇他在惡人手中；當審判的時候，也不定他的罪。
The LORD will not leave him in his hand, nor condemn him when he is judged.

 

37:34 你當等候耶和華，遵守他的道，他就抬舉你，使你承受地土；惡人被剪除的時候，你必看見。
Wait on the LORD, and keep his way, and he shall exalt thee to inherit the land: when the wicked are cut off, thou shalt see it .

 

37:37 你要細察那完全人，觀看那正直人，因為和平人有好結局。
Mark the perfect man , and behold the upright: for the end of that man is peace.

 

37:39 但義人得救是由於耶和華；他在患難時作他們的營寨。
But the salvation of the righteous is of the LORD: he is their strength in the time of trouble.

 

37:40 耶和華幫助他們，解救他們；他解救他們脫離惡人，把他們救出來，因為他們投靠他。
And the LORD shall help them, and deliver them: he shall deliver them from the wicked, and save them, because they trust in him.
