答 :  聖經都是　神所默示的   
( 提 摩太後書   3 : 16 )

3:16 聖經都是　神所默示的（或作：凡　神所默示的聖經），於教訓、督責、使人歸正、教導人學義都是有益的，
 
All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:
是人被聖靈感動  說出神的話來  

( 彼得後書  2  Peter  1 : 21 )

1:21 因為預言從來沒有出於人意的，乃是人被聖靈感動，說出　神的話來。
 
For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost. in old time: or, at any time
 聖經是我們信仰和行事為人的準則  是我們靈性生命的糧食
