讀經 : 約翰福音  John  16 : 7 – 15

16:7 然而，我將真情告訴你們，我去是與你們有益的；我若不去，保惠師就不到你們這裡來；我若去，就差他來。
Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you.

16:8 他既來了，就要叫世人為罪、為義、為審判，自己責備自己。
And when he is come, he will reprove the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment: reprove: or, convince

16:9 為罪，是因他們不信我；
Of sin, because they believe not on me;

16:10 為義，是因我往父那裡去，你們就不再見我；
Of righteousness, because I go to my Father, and ye see me no more;

16:11 為審判，是因這世界的王受了審判。
Of judgment, because the prince of this world is judged.

16:12 我還有好些事要告訴你們，但你們現在擔當不了（或作：不能領會）。
I have yet many things to say unto you, but ye cannot bear them now.

16:13 只等真理的聖靈來了，他要引導你們明白（原文作進入）一切的真理；因為他不是憑自己說的，乃是把他所聽見的都說出來，並要把將來的事告訴你們。
Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.

16:14 他要榮耀我，因為他要將受於我的告訴你們。
He shall glorify me: for he shall receive of mine, and shall shew it unto you.

16:15 凡父所有的，都是我的；所以我說，他要將受於我的告訴你們。
All things that the Father hath are mine: therefore said I, that he shall take of mine, and shall shew it unto you. 

聖靈……要將一切的事指教你們，並且要叫你們想起我對你們所說的一切話。—約翰福音14章26節

約翰福音  John  14 : 26 - 27

 14:26 但保惠師，就是父因我的名所要差來的聖靈，他要將一切的事指教你們，並且要叫你們想起我對你們所說的一切話。
But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.

14:27 我留下平安給你們；我將我的平安賜給你們。我所賜的，不像世人所賜的。你們心裡不要憂愁，也不要膽怯。
Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.

全年讀經 : 歷代志下30-32章 

在我的青少年時期，每年夏天我都會到祖父母那裡住上一至兩週。他們住在一條緊鄰鐵軌的巷子裡，因此車廂經過的隆隆聲，或火車鳴笛的聲音，常讓我第一夜醒來好幾回。

但在住了幾天之後，我就習慣了這些噪音，能不受打擾地一夜安眠。我似乎把這些聲響從耳中關掉了。

 然而，有些打擾是我不想關掉的！在電腦前工作時，我喜歡丈夫送上一杯咖啡的驚喜。當我出乎意料地接到好友的一通來電時，我也會感到格外開心。

 有時候，我們想關掉聖靈的「打擾」，不願聽祂的催促提醒。祂可能會讓我們突然意識到：自己需要因哪些言行而請求他人的原諒；

或者不斷地提醒我們：該為哪些遭遇危機的人代禱；或讓我們確知：自己還未竭盡全力地向所愛的人傳福音。

 當聖靈住在我們心裡時，祂會教導我們、指正我們、安慰我們，並且引導我們走向真理（約翰福音14章16-17、26節，16章7-8、13節）。

約翰福音  John  14 : 16 – 17

14:16 我要求父，父就另外賜給你們一位保惠師（或作：訓慰師；下同），叫他永遠與你們同在，
And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever;

14:17 就是真理的聖靈，乃世人不能接受的；因為不見他，也不認識他。你們卻認識他，因他常與你們同在，也要在你們裡面。
Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.
