16:1 我已將這些事告訴你們，使你們不至於跌倒。
These things have I spoken unto you, that ye should not be offended. offended: scandalized or, made to stumble

16:2 人要把你們趕出會堂，並且時候將到，凡殺你們的就以為是事奉 神。
They shall put you out of the synagogues: yea, the time cometh, that whosoever killeth you will think that he doeth God service.

16:8 他既來了，就要叫世人為罪、為義、為審判，自己責備自己。

能不因神的拯救臨到別人而不臨到自己的緣故跌倒的，這人有福了。
有一班信徒，他們雖然被囚在慘澹的牢獄中，日漸憔悴，
