3:10 你既遵守我忍耐的道，我必在普天下人受試煉的時候，保守你免去你的試煉。
Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth.
人類自古以來錯誤解壓的途徑  食物  購物  感情

卻帶來不同的困擾

食物帶來身體  心理  負擔  ( 非正面 )

購物帶來財物  處理  負擔  ( 非正面 )

感情帶來失望  人際關係緊張  負擔 ( 非正面 )

唯有正確的宗教理念  和正確的價值觀  可以解決

任何事一體兩面  非絕對  唯有真理不變 

也唯有正確的信仰  能幫助軟弱的人改變

我們有信心  盼望  和愛心 

讓我們一起尋求真理  ~ 互勉 ~
