出埃及記 Exodus 20 : 1 - 17
20:1 神吩咐這一切的話說：
And God spake all these words, saying,
20:2 「我是耶和華─你的 神，曾將你從埃及
地為奴之家領出來。
I am the LORD thy God, which have brought thee out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage. bondage: Heb. servants
20:3 「除了我以外，你不可有別的神。
Thou shalt have no other gods before me.
20:4 「不可為自己雕刻偶像，也不可做甚麼形像彷彿上天、下地，和地底下、水中的百物。
Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth:
20:5 不可跪拜那些像，也不可事奉他，因為我耶和華─你的 神是忌邪的 神。恨我的，我必追討他的罪，自父及子，直到三四代；
Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the LORD thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me;
20:6 愛我、守我誡命的，我必向他們發慈愛，直到千代。
And shewing mercy unto thousands of them that love me, and keep my commandments.
20:7 「不可妄稱耶和華─你 神的名；因為妄稱耶和華名的，耶和華必不以他為無罪。
Thou shalt not take the name of the LORD thy God in vain; for the LORD will not hold him guiltless that taketh his name in vain.
20:8 「當記念安息日，守為聖日。
Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy.
20:9 六日要勞碌做你一切的工，
Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work:
20:10 但第七日是向耶和華─你 神當守的安息日。這一日你和你的兒女、僕婢、牲畜，並你城裡寄居的客旅，無論何工都不可做；
But the seventh day is the sabbath of the LORD thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates:
20:11 因為六日之內，耶和華造天、地、海，和其中的萬物，第七日便安息，所以耶和華賜福與安息日，定為聖日。
For in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is , and rested the seventh day: wherefore the LORD blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it.
20:12 「當孝敬父母，使你的日子在耶和華─你 神所賜你的地上得以長久。
Honour thy father and thy mother: that thy days may be long upon the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee.
20:13 「不可殺人。
Thou shalt not kill.
20:14 「不可姦淫。
Thou shalt not commit adultery.
20:15 「不可偷盜。
Thou shalt not steal.
20:16 「不可作假見證陷害人。
Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbour.
20:17 「不可貪戀人的房屋；也不可貪戀人的妻子、僕婢、牛驢
，並他一切所有的。」
Thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's house, thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's wife, nor his manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his ox, nor his ass, nor any thing that is thy neighbour's.」
And God spake all these words, saying,
20:2 「我是耶和華─你的 神，曾將你從埃及

20:5 不可跪拜那些像，也不可事奉他，因為我耶和華─你的 神是忌邪的 神。恨我的，我必追討他的罪，自父及子，直到三四代；
